Since
joining VCL in 1989, John has been involved in a large variety of
projects both environmental and architectural in nature, serving as
project manager on many. He is a member of the PEO, is a graduate
of the MOE Land Use Planning Course and has extensive understanding
and awareness of provincial policies and guidelines related to land
use approvals. He was an active contributor to the acoustics section
of the Architectural Design Standards for Courthouses prepared for
the Ministry of the Attorney General. Mr. Emeljanow has also appeared
as an expert witness before the OMB. Mr. Emeljanow presented a paper
on the “Acoustical Challenge of Quarry Design” at the Canadian Acoustical
Conference in 1994 |
