Since
joining VCL in 1987, Terry has been involved in a large variety
of projects both environmental and architectural in nature, serving
as project manager on many. He is a member of the PEO, is a graduate
of the MOE Land Use Planning Course and has extensive understanding
and awareness of provincial policies and guidelines related to land
use approvals. He was an active contributor to the acoustics section
of the Architectural Design Standards for Courthouses prepared for
the Ministry of the Attorney General. Mr. Harding has also appeared
as an expert witness before the OMB.
