Valcoustics provided the acoustical engineering services for the proposed 36-storey Charlie Condominium. Our services included interior sound isolation, mechanical noise and vibration control (interior and exterior), exterior building envelope review (walls and windows) and design of the interior partitions of the suite boundaries in order to achieve the target performance levels. Additionally, Valcoustics completed the necessary vibration studies and construction vibration monitoring during construction as per Chapter 363 of the City of Toronto Municipal Code.
