This administrative facility is home to 13 different Regional departments including the administration offices for the Durham Region Police Services in a six storey office tower. The project also included five court rooms plus support area for the Provincial Offences Act (POA) courts of Durham Region. VCL provided a full range of acoustical engineering services which included noise control of mechanical equipment (generators and cooling towers), sound isolation and interior acoustics.
