Valcoustics was retained by the County to prepare a new consolidated noise by-law for the County. The County is an amalgamation of three former municipalities. The project involved consulting with municipal by-law enforcement staff as well as a series of public meetings for obtaining stakeholder input as well as a survey about noise concerns. After presentations to Council, project culminated in a proposed draft noise by-law for approval by Council.
