Mount Pleasant Village is a community with a GO station and a Village Square. There is a main street with live/work townhouses, a library, schools and green space including acres of recreation fields, wood lots, waterways, trails, and parks scenic lookouts. Mount Pleasant Village is the winner of a 2012 Brampton Urban Design Award for New Neighbourhood and Mount Pleasant Village Civic Square. VCL did various Environmental Noise and Vibration studies including road traffic, GO facilities, transit and railway line.
