When complete, the expansion will create a 4 ½ star, 178 room hotel/conference centre, a 2,000 seat entertainment centre, and an extensive renovation to the casino itself. The 6-storey hotel will be linked to the casino by an enclosed corridor and will include amenities such as a banquet and conference centre of approximately 827 m², a business centre, a swimming pool, as well as a bar and restaurant. Renovations to the casino will include a significant expansion to the gaming facilities and the renovation of existing bars/restaurants. The entertainment centre will have a main hall of approximately 4,645 m², providing space for a wide variety of events including concerts, banquets, sports events, and trade shows. VCL completed acoustic reviews of the entertainment centre and hotel meeting rooms.
