NPC-300 Environmental Noise Guideline

(Stationary and Transportation Sources, Approval and Planning)
In 2009, Valcoustics Canada Ltd. was retained by the Ministry of Environment Ontario (MOE) to prepare and update noise guideline addressing both stationary and transportation sources of noise.  We are pleased to announce that, on October 21, 2013, this guideline known as NPC-300 was formally released.  There are significant changes from the noise guideline documents it replaced (NPC-205, NPC-232, and LU-131)  The staff at Valcoustics Canada Ltd. are happy to respond to any questions that you may have regarding the new guideline and how it will impact you.
Valcoustics Canada Ltd. is hosting a seminar geared towards Municipal and Regional Planning Staff on December 9, 2013 to explain the changes and the impact they will have.  Check out our seminars link under the resources tab above if you are interested in attending.  Additional seminars geared to the Legal Industry and Planners are also being developed.
