John Emeljanow

Mr. Emeljanow has extensive experience in architectural acoustics and environmental noise and vibration impact studies for a variety of facilities such as residential developments, major roadways, pits, quarries, landfills, industries, institutional and commercial facilities.

He is a graduate of the MOE Acoustics Technology in Land Use Planning Course and has given evidence as an expert witness before the OMB many times, dealing with environmental acoustics issues in land use planning. His daily work requires an understanding and awareness of various policies and guidelines relating to land use approvals and land use compatibility. In his 25th year at Valcoustics, he is regularly involved as the project manager for major projects such as hospitals, schools, convention centres, courthouses, office buildings, casinos, etc.
