Michael (Mike) began his journey with Valcoustics in 2005 and led both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic growth for over 15 years. Under his leadership, the company expanded more than sixfold, solidifying its position as a leader in the acoustic consulting space. Now part of the Trinity Built Environment Executive Leadership Team, Mike is focused on uniting and elevating the exceptional brands within the Trinity family. Known for his people-first mindset, pragmatic leadership, and relentless drive for continuous improvement, Mike is always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible—bringing vision, clarity, and momentum to every initiative he touches.
