This luxury Four Seasons hotel and mixed-use residential project consists of a 30 storey luxury hotel complex, with amenities such as ballrooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, and three levels of luxury retail space, complete with restaurants, meeting facilities, fitness, spa and pool areas. The residential component of the project includes 880 apartments. VCL provided a full range of acoustical engineering services for the complex including room acoustics, sound isolation and mechanical system noise control.
